VIRGINIA – The spirit of giving back continues to thrive among senior volunteers in Virginia, as three Chesterfield residents were recently honored for decades of unwavering service at the 44th-annual Senior Volunteer Hall of Fame induction ceremony, hosted at Beulah Recreation Center.

John Hilliard Jr.’s legacy as an emergency volunteer is marked by nearly 60 years with the Forest View Volunteer Rescue Squad. Fellow honoree David Lipp has devoted his retirement to supporting Chesterfield Fire and Life Safety, Meals on Wheels, animal rescue farms, and various school initiatives.
